Comfy beds, good shower

Bathroom smelt like urine upon entering the room. Air conditioning started to leak through the light in the ceiling in the room. We called the desk and waited over an hour for someone to come before giving up and going out. We arrived back at the hotel at 11pm and was served by a very friendly staff member who told us we could change rooms. It would have been better if the staff member who answered the phone at 7pm when we call informed us of this change

Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Close to the millennium centre.
