"The hotel not impressive and receptionist STOLE 75 cash. They own me total $100z"

Receptionist stole $75 cash from me. Literally.

Lying staff denied receiving $75 CASH from me towards a deposit. I gave $75 cash right out my wallet to female receptionist. She put $25 balance on my card. When I asked for my deposit back she said $25 was for early check in before 3pm. I arrived AFTER 8pm. This was confirmed by corporate. No early check in or late check out. No damages. Receptionist took my cash they refused to give any refund. Totaling $100. Still dealing with corporate after multiple conversations I recorded them saying I checked in after 8 pm and checked out BEFORE 11 am. The receptionist is a thief and has the staff at middletown location lying to cover for her. I’m about to finally contact bank and whoever else I need to, police, trade commission whoever. This is all recorded.

"Overall a great place to stay overnight !"

Our stay was good, we could take our cat, which was awesome. The staff was professional. There are grocery stores and fast food restaurants near.

Cleanliness could be improved.

Water pressure was not the best in the shower but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.
