The woman at check in was very rude. Every time we encountered her she was rude. Everyone else was very kind and hospitable. It’s too bad one person can ruin an otherwise nice experience.

Romantic property is known for its bird’s eye views of the ocean. Sunset is not to miss. Lovely infinity pool. Fine outdoor dining with opportunities for guests to spot macaws and toucans. Offers a variety of unique rooms. We recommend the villas and rooms 85, 86, 87 and 88.

I came just for the weekend for my birthday and is was amazing. The staff service was great, the entire property was beautifully detailed. Be prepared to walk alot around the property being that its up in the hills but every corner you turn is just gorgeous. And the food! The best cooked food I had at the hotel restaurant! The chef knows exactly what he/she is doing! 5 stars for me.

Beautiful resort.....BUT about 100 steps to get to our rooms and no bathrobes were provided. We did not receive a key to our safe, so maintenance had to come to our room to fix the problem. The resort is truly beautiful.

Staff were super nice and warm, the place was clean at all times, food in the restaurants was amazing, the hotel very is peaceful and has incredible views. I recommend if you love nature, peace and want a Pura Vida sensation.
