The property has some amazing views The rooms are spacious and comfortable The service at the restaurant is very slow. The quality of the food is average. The equipment at the gym was not functional Accessibility to the twin is not good Once you arrive, you are sort of stuck at the hilltops and have to depend on their restaurants pretty much

The Villa Caletas Hotel was Amazing! The staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. The Infinity Pool was gorgeous! The restaurant was beautiful, the food was delicious! And housekeeping cleaned our room every single day! The views were breathtaking! The hotel sits on a mountain in the middle of the rainforest! Never seen something with so much beauty!

Beautiful view! Gorgeous hotel, with equally gorgeous grounds and amenities. Could maybe use a good deep clean in the common areas, bit of an old musty smell. Lovely and romantic get-away spot!

The views from the hotel are amazing! Truly breathtaking... However, the staff was VERY slow and not attentive. Also, the room had dust ,dead bugs and the hallways had broken picture frames. Not sure if it was because of Covid and reduced staff, but it really does it matter - the customers pays the same rate, so you do expect what you are promised.
