It was very nice to have a room with everything you need.
The pool is the best at the beach. Outside, heated, and with a beach view. Due to Covid it had to be reserved and there were much fewer people than usual which was nice.

Excellent stay as always, and location is great. My only complaint would be that when we arrived at 7:30 pm our room wasn’t ready, so we ran an errand real quick and by the time we were done it was ready.
We had a wonderful stay! Our room was very clean and comfortable! Perfect for families! The hot tub was amazing!! The staff for the pool was very nice and helpful!
Loved this condo. Big enough for our family of 5, room to cook and awesome location in the main promenade. The only negative that wasn’t part of the description when we booked is there was a 1 pool hour sign up per stay. And the hot tub wasn’t available for use- due to COVID. We were planning to use the outdoor pool a lot so that was very disappointing but we were able to get in on the waitlist for early swims every morning when it wasn’t as busy so it all worked out. Beautiful property and overall a really fun family vacation.
The good: Great location and access to what seaside had to offer. Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach for all beachy activities. The bad: We did notice that cleanliness could have been better. Found quite a bit of hair on the floors and the carpet could have used another vacuuming, especially with a baby that wants to crawl. Everything else was clean to my initial look.
The stay was great and the place looked clean and they had sanitizer available in public areas. The issues we had were that our reservation stated that WiFi was included but when we got there they told us we had to pay for it. Contacted hotels.com and the agent acted like I was crazy and that it did not say that in our confirmation email. I asked for an email so that I could send over my copy and they kept saying they could not help me. I got frustrated and just gave up. Then came check out date, we get in contact with the front desk for something else and they tell us to remember that check out is at 10:00 am mind you it’s almost 9 am now. We inform them that our reservation says check out is at noon and they basically say too bad you have to be out by 10. I then speak to the manager who says we can check out by 10:30 but no later. The place is great and I would probably stay there again but I just like to know what I’m getting before going somewhere and not be surprised, especially if I’m paying for it
The tables and chairs on the porch need to be cleaned. As does the bbq. The hot tub was luke warm.
