This hotel is nice and well located for food and attractions, some issue with people making fire on the beach at night getting the smoke to get in your room if you want to sleep with windows open, some of these people are not respectful of others they are screaming at 1 am. This hotel is promoting time share, there is agent around the hotel trying to get you in their meeting all the time and it gets annoying even if you wear their resort bracelet they are not looking and can ask you every time you pass by
Our suite was ocean front with a small deck & BBQ. I definitely would not stay in any other location on this property. I carefully vacuumed & wiped down everything before we settled in. I would return if the suite was ocean front, clean pool. Thank you.
My experience at The Resort at Seaside was awesome! The staff was very helpful in getting checked in. Checking out was just as easy. Navigating the building is a bit confusing, but after a couple of times and familiarizing yourself it becomes easy! This was my second time staying here, and I definitely will be coming back again. Great place to stay!
Over-all it was a nice place. The two bedroom room we stayed is was nice, but seemed a little dated. We had a great ocean view, so there isn't much to complain about. However, even with the heaters off, the rooms were VERY warm! We had to open all the windows for 30 minutes to cool it off before we went to bed. Also, you have to pay for internet use... Really? The DVD player didn't work, which was frustrating, because we brought movies for our kid to watch.
Such a great time! Literally right on the beach, beautiful accomodations, parking garage and pool.
Very nice place to stay except for the hard sell to come to a membership presentation at check in. Under the guise of " go get your parking pass at that desk". Not cool. I booked through Expedia, not through the Wyndam site, so should not be asked to do this. When we repeatedly said no, we were just talked over and still given a time to come tot he presentation. Even asking us to pay $20 for the breakfast! We still said no and still got a time to go without the payment. Room was next to an elevator. Not a restful night listening to that all night.
First the view was unbeatable. Location was perfect, condo was beautifully furnished, very clean & had everything we needed. Booking was a little confusing at first but that got resolved with one phone call. I don't have any complaints. I would 100% stay here again, or rent from this individual.

This was a great place to stay, on the beach, right near the restaurants and tourist stuff. If you're looking for a peaceful, back to nature retreat you might want to look elsewhere, but for families and others looking for an accommodating well located place, this is it!
We had a great time at this resort in Seaside! The staff was great and very helpful! Nice, clean room with everything we could ever need. It is in a great location, right next to the beach and roundabout in Seaside. We had a wonderful ocean view from our view room so when we weren't hanging out at the beach or walking through town, it was relaxing just sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and taking it all in. The pool is outside so we didn't bring any swimming stuff because it was only around 50 degrees out during our stay, but we found out the pool area was open and people were swimming! They keep it very warm year round. Would recommend to anyone!
