Resort at Seaside

Two bathrooms, only one roll of toilet paper... booked for two nights, only one serving of coffee in the room. Not to mention that, even at $500 a night, they still wanted to charge me $15 for WiFi. Who charges for WiFi in 2019?

Great beach getaway. No better location. Hiccups at check in but staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again.

Wyndham resort had no record of our VRBO reservation… They say their systems don’t talk. They ended up finding us a condo that they thought might be the one, however, it had an extra bathroom than the condo we booked...bonus for us, but obviously not the condo we actually booked. The only number the property listed was for Wyndham resorts...not the actual property owner. Wyndham resorts is not tied in with Vrbo… Quite a fiasco, but Wyndham saved the day

This place is super expensive and not worth it. They do not have AC in the units and the living room ceiling fan goes one speed - slow. Room hadn't been cleaned very well. There was garbage in the bathroom on the counter,.the pack'n'play they gave us was filthy with food crumbs and a sticky mattress- I called and asked for different one. The "room service" is actually a little snack shack they have next to their pool. We ordered dinner from it and it was awful. Not only did they fail to fully cook the fries or pizza, they brought me brown guacamole after I asked for plain avocado. They told us to call if we needed fresh towels, but when I did so, 90 mins passed and no towels. I called again, 20 minutes later we got some towels. Frustrating since my son was just back from the pool and needed a towel for his shower and had to wait a long time. Also, the staff tries REALLY hard to get you to go to their time-share presentation. I declined and was pestered AGAIN the next day. They allow check-out via text. After I texted, I got a text telling me to go to the front desk to pick up a gift certificate as a 'thank you' for checking out early. The desk lady was very rude. She said gifts were ONLY for 10:00 check out. I showed her the text and she sighed and said she "guessed she would do it this time but again they're only for the 10:00 check out". At that point, I told her to just keep it or give it to someone else. I didn't appreciate being talked down to. What a disappointing time

It was OK after they got our reservation figured out with Hotels.com who double booked our room. We were supposed to have 2 teenagers with us but didn't but still had the 2 bedroom suite. It rained 2 days so we did the scavenger hunt and contest in the magazine. My husband is an Elk so we visited the Elks Lodge every evening for a drink.

Always love staying here. The only rough spot this time was that my name was entered in the system wrong, and they couldn’t find me on check in. (My name on the reservation paperwork and the confirmation code were all available with me.) We arrived really late at night and the guy at the counter couldn’t get his manager to return his call when he couldn’t find our reservation. He reluctantly gave us a room for the night to then be cleared up the next day for the following night. It all worked out fine in the end. It was just a little stressful checking in.

This place is very clean and updated. My family and I felt very safe and it really felt like home here. With having kids, this place is absolutely fantastic!! The heated pool and hot tubs were amazing in November! The size of the room was also amazing for having 6 people in one area. It never felt like it was too small. The room had everything you could think of in the kitchen that you might need to cook and it even had your own washer and dryer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The room was fantastic! Separate bedrooms was great! The view of the ocean was marvelous! The only downside is that it is a timeshare so they are going to ask you about buying time. Overall it was great! I would do it again!!

Great family retreat. But disappointed that you must pay for WiFi!
