Good sized room friendly staff and peaceful reception area. Only the shower floor tiles grout was discoloured and looked grubby.

"Gist of experience.. won't be back"

Afternoon tea, birthday voucher. Haven't had a poor experience of afternoon teas until this placet. Cracked cup, replaced with another cracked cup. Place wasn't busy and yet inattentive. My mum knows her bread and scones and said sandwiches were made from bread which had been frozen beforehand, scones likewise. Apparently if you go online you can preorder sandwich selection.. if you are unaware you're left with no choice but what's put down in front of you. Salmon I don't like, ham I don't like, mums left hers cos couldn't eat.
