My welcome at the front desk by Erica was the best it can be. She was friendly and cheerful. I felt so very welcome and appreciated. The room was very nice with everything in very nice condition and comfortable. At the bar, Shay was also very friendly and welcoming. The two of them are great examples of who you want to represent your company to your customers to ensure they’ll want to return to your hotel next time you’re in town. I’ll be back for sure!

It was ok. For 300.00 a night I expected a bit better.

Well upon getting settled in we encountered the fridge was not working. Made trip up to the front desk and Told them about it.. they brought one to replace it. The bathroom had no exhaust fan to expell the humidity from the shower. Toilet seat was very loose..
