The best thing about the room was the shower had great flow, unusual in a hotel room. Sadly the list is long of what was not as it should have been. There was mold on the shower wall and soap dish, the cabinet for the refrigerator would not close all the way, the light in the bathroom had a horrible buzz, the bathroom door would not close, when anyone above us showered or flushed it sounded like a waterfall in the wall, and the walls and ceiling were so thin we could hear every step above us and every conversation in the hall. Needless to say, we will not be staying there ever again.

"Room was a great size but shower was moldy."

Free shuttle from Banquet hall.

Dirty shower (moldy) and a staff member entered the room while my fiancé & I were in there to look for something from a past customer. They did not knock and we had to yell someone’s in here for them to not come further. This was around 10:30am on the day we were leaving, they should’ve double checked we either checked out or come around noon during checkout time.

I do not recommend this hotel. While the staff was incredibly kind and polite, the maintenance of the rooms and facility as a whole left a lot to be desired. Their website claims they have a pool, which we were excited about, only to find out it's closed and has been for 2.5 years. Our room wasn't visibly dirty, but not well maintained. Stains on the carpet, older looking furniture. The bathroom walk-in shower looked particulary rough and didn't seem clean, either. The worst part was that our room door didn't shut by itself. It didn't fit in the frame and we had to slam it hard for it to close. Then once it was closed, you had to jiggle it around to get the lock to actually engaged. The hallway on our floor had trash littered on it that was never picked up or vacuumed during our trip. All around, just not a great experience.

Loved Everything. We stayed at hotel next door two weeks ago and we had ants in the bed and toilet didn’t work. Hilton garden was 200% better. Beautiful rooms. Soft towels etc
