Terrible mix up with the charging of our credit cards. Took days to fix.

Omg, terrible. Room was frozen, heater did not work. Had to move to another room, Took elevator, got stuck.

We rented the room and paid the large service fees becouse the room had a fireplace , balcony and was large enough to have friends meet us before heading out. The fireplace apparently had a “gas leak” but in talking to staff the fireplaces were simply turned off by the owner. Should not advertise amenadies if they are not available. Totally felt like I was played for a few hundred dollars.

Front desk service was awful. One girl was too young (16) to be running the desk. The guy the next night did not know anything neither and the girl the next day was very rude. The breakfast bar was dirty, didn’t have enough food and was a mess. The room are ok and pool was sad looking (small and crappy) . Location it’s great, in top of the hill and you can see town good. I guess you get what you pay... it’s was the cheapest hotel at the time ($250!!!!) but seriously for that much it should be better ... for that type of service should be $50

Total dump. Filthy and ran down. There was not even a light fixture above the sink/vanity area. Save yourself and stay elsewhere

Stayed one night in the morning i70 was closed the girl on the desk was very helpful and allowed us to stay untill it was open.

The staff was very friendly but not knowledgeable about the area as much as would've been expected. We ended up having to use brochures to get information as the staff kept saying they 'didn't know' when asking about buses, good places to grab a bite, where we could park the car for a few hours after check out. I felt bad for the young lady working the front desk in the morning AND having to keep the breakfast area stocked and clean. Another woman was there but I'm not sure if she was on shift or not; seems they could schedule better for that breakfast time. The room was nice, clean and modern but so close to the highway, we couldn't sleep. Used the fan feature on heater/ Air Cond unit for white noise and bundled up as temps dipped very low overnight in winter in the mountains.

Depressing. Old and dirty. Nice people working there, but the owner should have all pemits suspended.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude.
