Fireplace didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work, dirty dishes left, coffee machine had coffee grinds with blue mold left in it, broken shower curtain rail

Hotel close to the highway. Room needs updating such as a new mattress.

Great location, great breakfast and great pool for little kids

The location was easy to get to. It was right off the highway and easy to find. It only took us about 20 minutes to get to Breckenridge, which was where the activities were that we went to the mountains to do. The staff was kind and helpful. But the photos are deceiving. They make the property appear updated. The property is dated. The lobby (where the breakfast is served) is small and by the entry door so it's pretty cold. We didn't have the breakfast so not sure if it was good but it looked minimal. Our room was cold. There is was a wall mounted heater that we had to use to heat up the room to a comfortable temp. The heater blew air directly onto the bed by the window or up into the curtains and it was a bit loud. The bathroom was very dated and the amenities in the bathroom were minimal (bar of soap and bottle of shampoo. There was no conditioner or lotion. I'm not sure if that was just an over site or if that's all they provide so I would bring your own. Although there is a hair dryer, I would also bring your own. The one in the room overheated. I would say this is an ok place to drop your stuff and get some sleep but I would not have liked to have an extended stay here.

The staff was like they just pulled anyone off the street to work there and we asked if our fireplace worked in our room and they said nope it doesn't and that was it. Our room was weird with doors that opened to other locked doors and an upstairs with a locked door. It was clean but not great. The lobby or the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. We will not stay here again.

Stay was okay. Staff was nice and friendly. But we had a LOT of problems with WiFi, which we needed for work so that was frustrating. There was a bunch of hair in the bathroom and shower - it was clear the floor wasn't cleaned. Overall, the place is kind of dirty and somewhat run-down. Breakfast and hot tub area were fairly nice. It was a holiday weekend so the rates were really high, but not really worth the price for the accommodations.

Great location. Hotel desperately needs upgrading. Our bed was broken with metal sticking out. The bathroom had stains everywhere. Definitely won’t stay there again...not worth what we paid. We were very disappointed.

Not well kept up. Dirty. Breakfast was mediocre and limited. Bad price/value.

The hotel charged my visa and so now i have paid for the room twice. they will not help me and they are pretending like it didnt happen. they are horrible

The room was nasty, service awful. Won’t come back.
