The apartment was furnished in a bright and modern way. The bathrooms were of a high standard and the showers nice and powerful. The kitchen was mostly well equipped but some items missing would have improved the stay such as a tea towel, oven gloves and beer glasses. The sofa and arm chairs were comfortable and stylish but the beds were lumpy with some springs poking up in the mattress. Also the pillows (though new) had no support at all and gave us all bad necks in the morning. The location was great and super handy for Thorpe park and as it was on the high street the shops were all minutes away so we could buy supplies for dinner etc. We did struggle at first to find it and the instructions for entry did not give clear directions on how to enter the building. I found the booking process quite convoluted. Lots of steps to go through with uploading ID and I received so many texts, emails and messages through the app I couldn’t locate the checking in message which I needed when I arrived. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic apartment but finding the entrance and gaining entry was a nightmare.

Spacious, clean and well presented apartment. 2 double bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We had a really pleasant, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to others. Right in the town centre but very quiet. Slept so well.

The only real issue that was experienced was access to the property at the beginning. I found this an irritation which was resolved by the support team on the phone. I was worried about the location and it was strange to access from a service road and also that the initial door access was left open a number of times. The room was clean, tidy and a great location.

Very bright, clean modern and spacious apartments. They really are as nice as they look in the photos, perhaps better! Great location for transport, shops, food. The code entry instead of keys is also very convenient. Complimentary tea, milk sachets etc. Two things would really make a difference: 1. A small but very convenient one - provide kitchen towels as good for keeping the place clean. 2. The apartments are big so bigger TVs would be nice but not a showstopper! :)

Not the hosts fault but the metal gate is always left open so compromises security a bit. Beds could be comfier (memory foam mattress toppers maybe?).
