They really need to emphasize that the entrance is at the rear of the building in a shipping and receiving lot. On the good side: Convenient location for shopping Convenient location for transit Modern kitchen and bathroom On the not so good side: Noisy slamming doors. Hard bed. Lots of stairs to apartments. Limited supplies in kitchen. No view other than trucks loading goods.

Cleanliness

Was a challenge to navigate to the entrance. Once that was sorted the stay was nice.

Facilities in the apartment - had what we needed

The sofa had marks over it ( as a rental I can understand) but not nice to look at when you walk in There was alot of door slamming over the weekend ( again I suppose can’t be helped by hosts ) the main door opening and closing till about 3 am which was loud.

I loved that this property was in the heart of things. All kinds of shops very close. The train was just about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Location very handy for our trip. Spacious. Clean and modern with good cooking facilities.

Instructions for finding and entering the apartment were poor. The address given was Staines Centre and not Brixham Court. No instructions on how to find the entrance were given which was at the rear in what looked like a private service area for the shopping centre. 3 entry codes were needed but only 2 given. When I rang the helpline they insisted I use the code for entry to the apartment block for the door of the apartment itself. Eventually they did find another code to use. Instructions are also needed for the keyhole attachment, which needs to be turned when lit up. Dishwasher would have been good as would anti slip mat in bath.
