Great location in centre. Clean, spacious, comfortable.

Bit of noise from trucks in the loading bay at the back up to about midnight but quiet apart from that.

The property was overall was clean and modern

The shower didn’t work properly and the bath didn’t hold any water. We had trouble gaining access and relied on someone leaving for us to enter! I also have been here twice before and I really didn’t like this room compared to the accommodation above. It’s a lot of money which I feel could have been spent better elsewhere. The bed mattress was thin, poor standard as gave me a bad back

Location is great the property is right in the middle of Staines town centre excellent location. I got a bit lost I called the office the lady who gave me directions was patient and lovely Thursday night.

The property has no windows, the room that I was given is not what I was shown when booking. The fan was not that good my son woke up with a headache both days as much as he had enough fluids . The mattress has a huge stain, bed not the most comfortable. I woke up unwell with period pains I was refused late check out. The cleaner came at 11 on the dot and was so rude upon telling her I will not be long she said I give you 5 minutes I was so weak hot and in pain she was just rude.and I had explained that I’m unwell so heartless. I received a call from the company office I explained that I am nearly done I’m in pain the guy I spoke to was understanding and compassionate 11:10 I was out of the property.

The entrance was difficult to find and seemed quite sketchy when arriving at night time. Some of the furniture was quite dirty.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE ACCOMMODATION AS THE ENTRANCE WAS BEHIND THE HIGH STREET. Would be much easier with images. The code entry was also confusing as there were two doors and we didn't know which code to use.

"Most incompetent service ever"

I am so unimpressed by what must easily have been the worst customer experience I have ever had renting an apartment , and I travel extensively, all over the world . 1. I wanted to extend my stay by one night - about 2 weeks pre booking and team said I should extend via Charles Hope and not booking to make sure I could keep the same apartment if possible. Well let’s just say it took 10 attempts to get someone to contact me and arrange . Should have know then to cancel . Also if you are not going to attend to a query I suggest you change your auto response . 2. I then get 2 messages to use your confirmation system so I contacted you again multiple times to check that you have the same apartment. 3. Two cabs could not drop me as your address and postcode link to a parking lot behind band q - also would be good to let people know there is no way to have a car drop you at the door 4. I was given an entrance code for day one, came back after going out on day one and it didn’t work - took 30 minutes and ZAR 300 of my international charges on my phone resolve . Again don’t leave a message saying you are dealing with something urgently when it is not dealt with urgently . Also you say you have a 24/7 contact line , which no one answers . Day 2 went to work, came back and Lo and behold the code did not work- again 30 minutes - after your team unhelpfully sent me the code that didn’t work …. Finally get a new code Day three repeat above but this time it took an hour for someone to respond - finally someone called and sent me the previous two codes which obviously did not work , finally got a third code - oh and some more roaming charges for me to pay and a client meeting missed as a result of your incompetence 4 the bottom metal door is never locked .
