The ONLY two slight let downs were the shower head slightly leaked and the fan didn’t blow cool!

Stairs at entrance, dirty carpet in entrance hall. No fan for lounge area

My door code did not work twice I fact I am currently locked out and have been for twenty minutes while again for the second day running my query is apparently being escaled . So top tip if you need to get in and out of the apartment you have booked for then don’t book here unless you want to spend loads of time calling customer service

The fact the the build in is not named the same as the apartments and not on the address listed so good luck getting a cab to find it , balcony covered in cigarette butts was also fun

Easy and efficient communication with the booking platform. Perfect location. Very comfortable and clean. Very well equipped. Nothing missing!

Overall this apartment was a fantastic stay! Located just above Staines (literally any shop you might need is within a 5 minute walk), the apartment was private but not desolate and surprisingly quiet for its location so close to the main public spaces. As mentioned in previous reviews, it was a nightmare trying to find the entrance (you have to go down a side street and walk through a partitioned truck loading zone), especially when arriving in mid-afternoon amongst schools letting out and commuters heading home. However, once we found the correct entrance and made our way to the apartment, we were very pleased with how clean and spacious the area was! The mattress left a bit to be desired (very thin and sometimes springs could be felt), but the linens were very clean and otherwise comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook. The shower was plenty spacious, but the tiles just outside were a bit loose and could be felt rocking when stepped on getting in and out. Another huge plus, the apartment is a short 10 minute walk from a very nice public train station making it very tourist friendly if you’re looking to plan trips into Zones 1-5 for tours or sightseeing! Overall a great stay…once we got there! Staff on site were very friendly upon check-out, even offering to help us store our luggage for a brief period before our train. However, in trying to find the entrance and proper location for the apartment, staff on the phone were not as helpful.
