Very nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Plenty to choose from including eggs and a couple of other hot options. Also pastries, fresh fruit, toast etc. Ideally placed within easy walking distance to the night market and restaurants overlooking the Mekong river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only negative was our bathroom did not have the best layout. The shower door was very close to the WC which was a little awkward. However overall the room was great. Very spacious and comfortable with a nice seating area. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff are amazing! Warm genuine and always happy to help. Breakfast setting great, grounds are beautiful as are the rooms.

The hotel is tranquil and quiet and convenient to many sights. However, the food is not great, croissant at breakfast stale, lunch just average. Rooms spacious but old. Some loungers by pool have rips. Staff do not speak English very well and have trouble helping with directions.

A three night stay beginning New Years Eve with a traditional Baci ceremony and dinner organised at the hotel was incredible! From arrival to departure all staff across every touch point were a delight, and the property is clean and perfectly located for walking to key attractions within the peninsula area. Assistance was provided in securing a fast train ticket to Vientiane, and transport options also provided for the train station (I ended up using the LOCA app with no issues). Great breakfast selection every morning, and my pool view room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend and would love to return for a longer stay in this beautiful town. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay.

An exceptional boutique hotel very close to the centre of the old colonial area of Luang Prebang. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Homm Souvannaphoum to anyone travelling to Luang Prebang,

This hotel was a delight! The rooms are well appointed and very clean. Although located on the main street, the beautiful garden in front of the hotel keeps the noise down to a minimum. There is a lovely but very cold, swimming pool, but it was great to jump into after a hot day. Breakfast were yummy every morning and service superb.

Das Homm ist ein sehr schönes gediegenes Hotel und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Empfangsdame war sehr bemüht aber der Rest vom Personal spricht nicht wirklich viel Englisch. Wir hatten die Pascka Suite - leider zur Straße gelegen und ohne Balkon, den die normalen Gartenzimmer aber sehr wohl haben - beim Buchen beachten. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön und der Pool - obwohl zur Zeit zu kalt - sehr ansprechend und nett zu sehen wenn man beim sehr guten Frühstück sitzt (mit Decken wem es zu kalt ist). Sehr bemühtes Personal aber es klappt mit dem English öfters nicht, ist aber nicht tragisch, Hauptsache die Qualität stimmt. Lage: ideal für den Night Market und schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein hervorragendes französisches Restaurant - das Gaspard. Wir waren 2 x hintereinander dort. Gleich hinter dem Night market gibt es entlang der dann nicht befahrenen Straße viele nette Bars und Restaurants fussläufig. Für die Stadtbesichtigung lässt man sich am besten bis zum Ende der Straße mit einem Tuktuk führen und geht dann gemütlich zurück (im Zimmer liegt eine tolle Beschreibung über den Weg der über alle Sehenswürdigkeiten führt). Die vom Hotel empfohlene Sunset Cruise war toll. Auch der private Fahrer, den sie organisiert haben, war super (vom Story Telling Theater). Ganz toll war auch dass die Badewanne bei unserer Ankunft eingelassen war samt Snacks am Tablet darüber.

die Betteckkante ist so scharf, dass ich mich verletzt habe und die Dusche ist gegenüber der Toilette sehr eng aber die Suite insgesamt ist sehr geräumig.

Lovely boutique hotel just outside the centre of Luang Prabang. The staff were so welcoming and helpful which made our stay so memorable. Loved the menu for breakfast with the different choices. For us the location was perfect, very walkable to the town with myriad of restaurants and the museums and temples etc, but bit quieter. Loved the pool and our room had everything we needed.

After a couple of days in the mountains our stay here was absolutely sublime. from the reception that we got on arrival to the rooms, food and service. Really close location to the night market and plethora of amazing restaurants.
