Excellent stay in a very comfortable and friendly hotel!! Very short walk to all the sights. The staff were all really helpful and made sure our stay was memorable.

The Lady from Front Office was very welcoming and attentive. Also the waiters were very friendly. The hotel is very charming and has very good pool facilities to spend nice day and chill out, if you want to have a break from excursions in Luang Prabang. Smoothies were very fruity and tasty. We also tried out the sandwich made on lao way. Very good! Thank you for the amazing afternoon!

Had a deep body relaxation massage with Ms Kham at the spa in this hotel. She did an amazing job and I was very relaxed afterwards. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my first time in Luang Prabang. The customer service by the staff was exceptional. Channaly (Noy) helped me plan everything I wanted to do and I felt at ease by the time I arrived at the hotel. I highly recommend the cooking class. The hotel is nicely located - walking distance to the morning and night market, yet far away from the street where it was not noisy. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel. Quiet, personal and attentive. Room was nice, spacious and clean! The value was all there. I'm looking forward to returning with my sister next year and we will definitely stay there!

We really enjoyed our four day stay at this property. The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast on the terrace by the pool was very enjoyable and our room was spotlessly clean. Everyone was so helpful we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Our Accor platinum membership was acknowledged at check-in and we received a room upgrade while it was available for part of our stay. The spa was very reasonably priced and the standard of massage was very professional. Given the hotel location, we were concerned that we might be disturbed by traffic noise but in fact, the hotel was perfectly quiet during our stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at Homm Souvannaphoum Luang Prabang as a family of four (my wife, our two kids, and myself), visiting from Perth, Australia, and we absolutely loved every moment of it. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and customer service made us feel completely at home. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The buffet breakfast each morning was a real highlight — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of local flavour. We also treated ourselves to a few in-house massages, which were truly excellent — professional, relaxing, and set in a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area and bar quickly became our favourite spot to unwind in the afternoons; it’s a perfect balance of relaxation and tropical charm. Our kids loved the pool, we loved the service, and we all left feeling refreshed and genuinely cared for. Great location, close enough within easy walking distance (especially with younger children) to the night market main strip but far enough to provide a quiet and peaceful retreat. The Maison Suite was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable with both air con and fan. Consumables and towels were regularly replenished. If you’re visiting Luang Prabang — especially if you’re travelling from Australia — we can’t recommend Homm Souvannaphoum highly enough. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Laotian hospitality.
