A simply exquisite resort hotel; the spatial integration of nature and architecture is sublime, it is thoughtful and well designed, our room was large and beautifully laid out. Above all the staff are courteous helpful and meet one's every need. Ethically driven use of materials, food, and natural resources. The massage was an added touch of class. Excellent all round.

From the moment our taxi arrived until the ride to the airport, the team made us feel truly cared for. The resort’s grounds and amenities were stunning—immaculate, beautiful, and relaxing. Every staff member we met was kind and professional, and Gam deserves special mention for going above and beyond with our questions and needs. Highly recommend for a flawless, hospitable getaway.

Our stay at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort was truly memorable. We were very well taken care of by Khun BJ (Bah-Jang) and Khun Peachy — every part of the service was flawless. The 1921 Bar and Restaurant also had a wonderful vibe and served an excellent dinner. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

One of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced in over 40 years of travel . The rooms ultra spacious and equipped, the location on the river very peaceful with plenty of escapes, the food and service excellent the staff are next level they made you feel valued

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, both during check-in and check-out. The restaurant staff were also very caring and paid great attention to the guests — truly impressive! The room was clean and comfortable as well.

Since I checked in all staff was good talking care of me. Restaurants nice service. I Love my room the most. Room really clean day by day. I met memorable experience they did standard turndown at right side for me. But that night slept at left side. Next day housekeeping changed turndown to left side instead. I am surprised how they noticed! Everyone smiled even busy. Food is very good especially thai food from Bohdi restaurant. Staff here know I want even I did not speak. All quality of amenities in the room is worth the price. I don’t need to carry anything else room even have shoes sponge, in bath room have everything even loofah, spa salt. Bed and pillows very soft. If I have time to visit chiang mai, I will come here again

Great location and full of stories — Anantara Chiang Mai Resort was wonderful, the riverside atmosphere was peaceful, and Khun Louis was amazing!

FIRST! Despite the rooms being absolutely gorgeous the staff and service is incredible. Buuuuut FIRST. Incredible server and bartender. He makes the stay feel like home and knows how to read any vibe. 10/10.

If you’re looking for a place to escape and recharge, I highly recommend Anantara Chiang Mai. It was my first time staying here, and after a 20-hour flight, I received the most amazing service from all the staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations. I really love how attentive they were to every little detail — they seemed to know what guests needed before we even had to ask. The rooftop bar was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10
