The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere The location was very good, close to metro stations, bus stations and international brands stores, local brands and banks nearby

I wish if the rooms were a little bit wider but anyway it is acceptable

Fantastic location right in the middle of Kara Gharha (Black Horse) district. Exceptional Hotel Staff Every staff member was very friendly professional and went the extra mile to provide exceptional service Our room was comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day Breakfast was fresh tasty. Restaurant team were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed getting to know them over 5 day stay Little touches like complementary afternoon tea was greatly appreciated. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Przemiły personel. Super lokalizacja

Pokoje tak małe, że nie ma gdzie postawić stopy… musieliśmy prosić o zabranie krzesła, bo z dwoma walizkami nie było opcji, żeby otworzyć drzwi. Wg mnie hotel miał już swoje lata świetności i trzeba by było go odświeżyć oraz informować gości, że pokoje są mikro….

The staffs were profesional, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated very close to CSMT Mumbai. Also close to Marine Drive and Gate way of India.
