Een geweldig hotel. Het personeel is fantastisch, niets is hun teveel. Het personeel was heel hulpvaardig, Geweldig ontbijt. Ook in de lounge ruimte kon je altijd koffie en thee krijgen. Ze geven ook tips over Mumbai en reizen naar het vliegveld, goede restaurants in de buurt, enz. Ongelooflijk gastvrij. Ook een zeer goede locatie.

My room was a suite room, "Gateway Suite". This was spacious enough. There are two suites in the hotel; the rest of the rooms are small. You do not have a lift to the suite; you may have to climb a few flights of stairs to get there. Others rooms are small.

We stay at the Residency Hotel each time we visit Mumbai and its like coming home. No matter what time we arrive the staff are always happy and welcoming, they are friends to us. The breakfast is excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The service is outstanding and we cannot wait until our return.

The staff was amazing and so friendly, it was located near main road which has a lot of shops and places to eat, we really liked the area. Breakfast was also nice and you get complimentary tea throughout the day

Zum Frühstück gibts asiatisches, aber auch kontinentales Essen, Omeletten, Eier usw. frische Säfte und Lassi. Personal war sehr aufmerksam und behilflich. Concierge hat uns persönlich zu einem sehr guten Restaurant in der Nähe gebracht und bis zum Uber. Auch gute Tipps erhalten Täglich neue (indische) Zeitung liegt am Zimmer . Gemütliches Bett, gute Matratze. Zimmer war ruhig. Im Nebengebäude. Schönes Atrium

Das Zimmer und Dusche hätten kleine Renovierungsarbeiten nötig. Ohne Fenster. Für indische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer teuer.
