"My stay at Super 8 ruined by vacation."

I don't think i like it

I booked a hotel via booking.com and it showed Breakfast included but when I reached the property breakfast was not offered.Booking.com offered to compensate but didn't get anything either. Secondly toilet seat was broken,bathroom exhaust fan was not working, TV was not working, I requested for a room cleaning but it was not done despite I told twice, stay was miserable and I had to cancel my stay and next day handed over the key and came back to Boston. I was told by receptionist u will get the rest of the money back as u didn't complete ur stay but still didn't get it. poor service!

The rooms had blood on the wall it was dirty and some lights didn’t work, the environment doesn’t feel safe

"Terrible Service"

They were rude and did not provide breakfast plus tried to charge us twice. It had a roach in bathroom. Never coming again.
