They knocked on the door at 10:30 saying check out was at 10 but my reservation clearly says 11

"Bad Condition of property and room."

This was in poor condition. The bed and huge dents in the mattress and had to try to sleep in the middle. The air conditioner rattled all night and the condition of the room and property were POOR! It should be torn down.

"It’s not worth it ."

First night someone knocking on my door @3am. Refrigerator didn’t work in the room. Staff opening up my door while I’m resting from my night shift to do maintenance work. Housekeeping is horrible. Trash wasn’t pulled within my 5 days occupancy. Asked for clean towels/ room to be and lien changed housekeeper gotten a nasty attitude. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend.

Room was dirty when we got there. There were roaches in the tub and the toilet wouldnt flush. In the bathroom the wall was falling apart and the toilet had stains and were not cleaned at all. The air condition didnt work in the room at all so it was extremly muggy and hot. It was a non smoking room and it smelt like sewage and cigarette. We cpuldnt get a refynd after 10 mins so we had no choice to spend the night there. I payed almost 100 dollars to stay in a run down disgusting room. -10/10 wouldnt recommend to anyone

The room was dirty. The carpet wan stained the bed sheets had cigarette burns when it was supposed to be non smoking, the room was extremely hot, fridge was frozen over and the toilet made a high pitch sound all night.
