Super 8 by Wyndham Dallas South

The motel was cleaner than expected, however it was a motel and not a hotel as pictured.

The motel was unexpected, looking at pictures it showed a clean hotel that serves breakfast. The door man was agitated and short with my husband and my self.

It was very old and rundown. It didn’t look safe to stay in.

The furniture and bed were really rundown. The bathroom looked really bad as far as the tub and tile areas and the sink area had cigarette stains.

Horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't do it. Service is Horrible, rooms are not clean. No one was available for me to check in once i arrived. Had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone showed up to unlock the front door. The lobby was very dark and uninviting. The clerk at the front desk looked like he just woke and and came to work. My room had a unpleasant sour smell when I first checked in. The shower had hair left in it from a previous guest, which I had to clean myself.

Can't say or it will be denied.

The staff is ok but the property is unsafe

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to and the service was extremely poor and completely rudeness from the front desk. He acted as though we will hindering his day. Staff needs customer service training and support

No hassle

No breakfast as advertised and and 1 of the beds had stains on comforter as if it had been used and unwashed.
