Nothing , bad experience because when I booked the room with booking.com they said with breakfast but in the morning 6.00 am im looking breakfast but hotel management said NO BREAKFAST . I’m was so upset next day I send email to booking.com I complained about this matter month ago but unfortunately no reply from booking.com so said bookie.com showing unprofessional behavior.

The beds felt okay

Gone the entire day but room never got cleaned. Never got clean towels, tub rail and faucets were broken. As well as having a nonworking fridge and the first room we had the fridge leaked and made the entire carpet soaked

Very dirty room clogged sink my room wasn’t clean every other day and they turned off my ac after I left it on because it was too hot, very racist, front desk asking me if I was a American citizen,i stayed because we were tired after driving from California to Dallas 26 hours

"It was horrible and it was money loss."

Nothing.

The room smelled bad, the pillows were yellow the towels smelled bad and had stains on them. We asked for our money back and the manger said no. The air conditioner wasn’t working. The manager didn’t make it any better. We couldn’t stay there for 2 nights. We have pictures if needed. We will share them to anyone needed. We will also share with the app so no one stays here. Ice machine had mold. Oh and the website states they serve breakfast and they lied no breakfast was served. We couldn’t sit at the table in the room the chairs were stained.

The hotel receptionist was locked in had to tell him what we wanted before he unlocked door found that suspicious. The room we were given was dirty the bed unmade looked like someone had just finished doing the deed and used the pillow cases to wipe and clean themselves. There was a utility knife on the parking lot right next to our car. Did not stay handed room key and left much rather sleep in my car
