About 3 miles from town but easy access to town. Great staff, food is average

Everyone was so nice and the pools and grounds were amazing. Breakfast every morning made it so worth it!

To check in was a bit lengthy as they do not seem to get updates fast enough from their finance section.

This is an excellent resort to get away from it all. This is not a flashy all inclusive busy resort. This is a laid back resort where you relax on your patio, at the pool or on the beach. This is not a new resort. The resort is clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and the AC works great! The best part of the resort is the customer service. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the staff I would like to recognize include Rafael, Luis, Nancy, Juan, Daniel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, i cannot remember everyone's name, but we did not have any bad experience with anyone. Housekeeping did an excellent job and would be at the door in minutes if you needed anything. Room service is excellent also and will fix you want to eat and deliver it quickly. We did a snorkel trip and our captain and guide were excellent. Our captain was Lennox and our guide was Phillip. They went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable but most of all our safety was always their top priority and they did an excellent job! We saw reef fish, sharks and best of all we saw a very large Lagerhead turtle up very close! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. We will be back later this year or early next year.

Habanro mexican food and pizza and greate drink staff is good and spa is good looking for quite place this is right place for you but room is very old style need upgrade and wish they have more activity at pool side.

We booked into Roberts Grove at short notice due to issues with our previous accommodation and it was perfect. THE friendliest staff, great breakfast, lovely room, pool and beach. The weather was atrocious but we were able to make the best of it with a free shuttle into Placencia. Will DEFINITELY go back - if you want a lovely understated resort hotel where you feel you are meeting and staying with locals...this is for you.

Staff overcomes lack of hot water. Need to bring grounds back to their heyday. Used to put wine in rooms, not now. The staff is wonderful.

Hotel is located just a few minutes north of the Placencia airstrip and just about 10min from the main Placencia village. I liked the location as it was very quiet, relaxing and allowed me to explore the peninsula both north (i.e. Maya Beach, etc) and south (Placencia village). Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, shower was nice (good pressure, plenty of hot water), and the little deck was nice place for a morning coffee, among the tropical foliage. The staff was very friendly and always looked busy keeping things clean. The daily breakfast was great and included great views of the Caribbean. A few pools to choose from were always quiet. Great place to relax as a couple or enjoy with kids, maybe not best for party animals but other places in Placencia would be good for you! I would return!

Warm friendly accommodating staff. Great location and offers lots of terrific tours. Two thumbs up. Will definitely stay there again.
