Excellent location. Nice room with beach view. Awesome food and great customer service.

My daughter and I enjoyed a glorious week here. It's a good deal for the money. Strong points: cleanliness, view, helpful and friendly staff, tour offerings. Areas needing improvements: beach chairs very uncomfortable, no printed information of area activities or town

You won't be short of a pool option at RG's. Grounds are constantly being maintained.

Loved room. Resort could have music and a happy hour to keep guests there instead of guests going to nearby resorts

We stayed from 6 Jan - 13 Jan. I think it's off season so the census at the hotel was pretty low which meant that some of the amenities were shut down (like the bar on the end of the dock). They also seemed to have minimum staffing at times in the restaurants - especially the Habaneros facility - which negatively impacted the dining experience there. Overall, we had a really nice vacation there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The food was good overall. My only real complaint from my stay was value of the food and bar offerings. The food and liquor were expensive compared to spots in Placentia Village. Even the tourist bars, Tipsy Tuna and Barefoot offered better value - and better pours. I know they make a good amount of money on food and booze, but don't short pour a $10 drink. I watched them weigh the bottles every morning so it's not the bartender intentionally shorting the drinks.

This was my second stay at RG and I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and it’s location right on the beach. The staff is wonderful (Blanca, a member if the wait staff was very accommodating to me at breakfast). Having shuttle service to/from the airport as well as the availability of golf carts and bicycles on site is a great convenience. There are no pretenses here but the grounds are inviting and it’s affordable.

Enjoyed our stay - hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great and the beach lovely with some good snorkeling.

The staff was amazing! Everyone one was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.
