Staff was exceptionally friendly, kind, professional, all around LOVELY staff. We enjoyed the entertainment crew very much as well all all servers, bar tenders , house keeping, maintenance, lifeguards, etc, etc, Very well maintained. Very clean. Room was lovely. Beds very comfy.

Check in and check out process arduously slow and nit-picky with way to may scaps of paper involved. And too may rules that might accidentally not follow correctly and therefor be scolded (check in/check out rules, not resort rules) Too many fee required cabanas by the pool. We did rent a cabana a few days and other days found chairs eventually, but overall don't like the idea that only those willing to pay a large fee are allowed to sit by the pool.

Loved the location close to the hustle and bustle of a lively little beach town if that’s what you like but also a good hub for day trips and activities centrally located to other attractions, huge room and very modern, very comfy bed.

Sack the DJ around the pool area Lol, maybe showing my age but ended up spending my days on the beach away from the loud lively pool area with terrible music! Give me Bob Marley any day

Beautiful amenities and wonderful location. The food was amazing.

The entertainment was okay. Maybe some more events on throughout the day not just by the pool.

- nicht verständliche Regeln, welche das Managements aufstellt - nur ein Raucherbereich in dem gesamten Hotel, andere Hotels haben diesbezüglich bessere Regelungen treffen können - zu viel Party im Poolbereich

Beach right in front of the hotel. Close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had events every single night. The room was better than I imagined and the choices of food were all really good.

I felt like the taste of the Mexican food was not that authentic. There are only 2 Mexican restaurants in the hotel and the food was only ok. The shows were mostly catered for tourists from the U.S.A, we were looking forward to more local culture like mariachis, etc. They made us talk with a concierge right when we arrived who offered perks if we sat through a Breakfast. That was really off putting.

מקום מהמם , יש הכל , לא צריך לצאת מהמלון חוף ים מהמם , בריכות , ברים ומסעדות מהממות גם למי ששומר כשרות ניתן למצוא מה לאכול צוות נעים מאד עובדים איכפתיים

מדיניות המקום מאד נוקשה ,הזמנו 3 חדרים זוגיים ל6 אנשים , בהזמנה הראשית רשום 6 אנשים ובטעות בתוך ההזמנה לא רשמנו בכל חדר זוג רק לחדר הראשון מבחינתם נרשמנו 4 אנשים והם מאד מקפידים ולכן גבו מאיתנו לכל חדר עוד 250 דולר -דהיינו 750 דולר נוסף כמובן שאני מבררת מול בוקינג כי במלון לא היו מוכנים לוותר
