Really loved everything about our stay. The people were very nice, food was great, facilities were excellent, and the location is amazing.

Didn't like the immediate upsell after checking in - I would have liked to see a chart of what is available and the pricing. I thought that the options for getting back to the airport were pricey - we paid $35 to get to the hotel and $75 to get back to the airport.

Loved our stay at the Hyatt! We had a Gardenview room on the first floor, close to the lobby and pool, honestly the perfect spot. The room was spacious, clean, and everything about the resort felt fabulous. The only downside of the whole trip was the “tour” of the facility we agreed to take with the company. I usually skip those, but I wanted to see what they offered… big mistake. Total waste of two hours. They didn’t make us do it, but they definitely weren’t thrilled when we didn’t show much interest. They gave us a “gift” for attending, but I handed the free dinner right back and went to 5th Ave to eat at Sonora Grill and it was AMAZING! The beach was beautiful, staff were wonderful, the pool was great, and the food overall was decent (I’d rate it a 6/10). But breakfast? A solid 10/10!
