Only had breakfast, it was okay

Valet guys were enthusiastic, responsive and pleasant.

The breakfast on the 2nd floor is super confusing... you are not sure which door to go into. It's not like there is a stand with a HAPPY greeter or some directions on how operation/restaurant works. Then, the server behind the first coffee counter spoke so fast I could not understand her. So we went to outdoor patio not understanding that it was counter service. We were waiting for someone to take our order. On another day, the server said she was too busy to bring me coffee. Then, another day there were no cups by the complimentary coffee... I'm thinking... this changes every day I guess. I asked the lackluster/unenthusiastic guy if I could have cups and he slapped them onto the counter like there was a charge for them and it was a big deal to get them. Regarding the hotel reception desk... we extended our stay for one night. The guy did not re-key our keys. After a day in Denver, we went up to our room and could not get in. We had to go back down to get a new key. Attention to detail is something we look for in a hotel and this did not win us over.

Very nice hotel

The Clayton is a beautiful, boutique hotel located in the center of the wonderful neighborhood of Cherry Creek, CO. I was there as an event planner with a corporate group, and while my client and I both enjoyed the hotel for these superficial qualities, what made the experience so incredible and my job so easy was the team at the front desk! They went above and beyond and could not have been more helpful or friendly. They handled things well outside of their scope and always said yes with a smile. This is definitely not typical, and I have to say it made the long days and nights much easier on my business partner and I. I cannot thank Nate, Charlie, Whitney and Tyler more for their warm, fantastic personalities and willingness to pitch in and help in any way they could. Simply the best!

I absolutely love the Valet Crew at the Clayton. I have lots of meetings in Cherry Creek and Daniel, Roxcer, Dominic and Luis always take great care of of me, are friendly and fast. They are why I continue to come back!

This hotel is not only beautiful but the staff is incredible as well. I was visiting to surprise a family member for their birthday and Annabelle Geno ensured it went off without a hitch. All the staff were just great and so friendly. Would love for them to add a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Amazing Hotel ! I came in after a red eye flight and slept so well. Super comfortable bed ! clean , comfortable, relaxed and quite ! sleep is so important and this is a super clean hotel! with rooftop bar ! great restaurant options! gym downstairs. Amazing safe snd comfortable location . Staff were all five star 💫 from checkin to food and beverages to check out ! cant recommend enough and I travel a lot ! best spot to stay in Denver ! exceeds all expectations!
