There are so many things we absolutely loved about the hotel — the warm people, the delicious food, the serene ambience, the beautiful greenery, the soothing beach, and above all, the unmatched hospitality. Everything was simply perfect! But if I had to pick one thing that truly stood out, it would be the food. Every single dish was crafted with such love and perfection that you could feel it in every bite. No matter what you try, you’re bound to love it all. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Harish Rawat, Abhishek ji, and the entire team for making our dining experience so memorable. Their warmth, attention, and genuine care added an extra flavor — one that made every meal even more special.

First off, the property was extremely amazing. The entire staff was super considerate and extremely courteous. The location of the property is fabulous. The view too is amazing. During our stay, we were given special attention by their Chef Harish Rawat and waitstaff Dhiresh in their restaurant Jasmine Bay. They have a buggy too to roam around the property since its sprawls over several acres and is in two parts across 2 sides of a road. The staff was super informative and everyone had perfect information about all activities, amenities and timings regardless of their department. Would highly recommend this property.

Good hotel. Breakfast was good. Dinner was good. Room is ok ok. Small size room. Bad, blanket & pillow are smelling bad and stains some blood mark or they try to hide by cover. 1 time visit. Chef mr Harshit Rawat & his colleagues are too good. And service staff also very helpful. Thanks to taj chef and service team.

The property was very beautiful and the rooms were very integrated with nature. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. I Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to go here. I would recommend this for travel with baby as well. Food here was also excellent. And the staff were courteous enough to oblige with our baby’s food needs. Special thanks to head chef that made the experience even greater.

The front desk led by James and his team was very knowledgeable and looked after us right from check-in till the day of departure The restaurant staff paid attention to every little detail and made us more than welcome and paid to every need. Definitely one of the top 3 resorts I have visited in my life. It's just beaming with so much nature and purity and the staff is excellent and the hospitality is top notch. It's so great and has so many activities, I thoroughly enjoyed and was not free even for a second, I really enjoyed all the activities, from kite flying to cycling by the sea to playing football to soft archery to kayaking to laying in the hammock viewing the lagoon. Easily one of the best resorts in India. The Spa is the best. Special thanks to James Matthew at the reception for his hospitality, care and kindness. Special thanks to Mister Abhishek from the Jasmine Bay hotel, I have never met such a person with so much hospitality and care, he was the best person and went out of the way to prepare everything for us according to our needs. Special thanks to Ms. Fenisha, she was outstanding and she even played with everyone at the activity area, unreal dedication Special thanks to Mr. Sebastian who helped in the sporting activities. Special thanks to Mr. Sayooj for his hospitality, kindness and helping nature. Special thanks to Mr. Harish Rawat and Mr. Manoj Pandey for ensuring proper and tasty food for us. Special thanks for Mr. Nistal who was magical in the massage and had the utmost hospitality, kindness and dedication I have ever seen. Our one day stay at Taj green cove Kovalam was really memorable. The entire team took care of us really well asking if we needed anything time to time. My son enjoyed the stay a lot with the activities and the country boat ride. Would definitely recommend this property and return whenever we get an opportunity. When we planned a short vacation for Kerala & chose Taj Spa & Retreat when never imagined that it would become one of the most memorable vacation. So Happy with the experience.

We had a small hiccup in the beginning as the room we were initially allocated was smelling a bit strongly of freshly applied varnish. The change was effected immediately. The concerned staff was very attentive and acted immediately. The manager Mr Noel himself came down and helped look into our problem. The rooms were a little small and older looking compared to most of our earlier Taj experiences. There was also a damp drippy feeling in the rooms - probably because of the weather. For a resort of this size, a separate private swimming pool would have been nice. The present one is not very private but well maintained nevertheless. The staff was very attentive and helpful. A special shout out to Pankaj at the restaurant who made us feel special and gave personal attention. Abhishek was also very attentive. I feel the high tea could have been a little more imaginative and interesting - both in terms of menu and activities. For instance, we had a better experience in the Taj Chia Kutir where we stayed recently. However, the special attention of the staff more than made up for any niggles and ensured that our stay was smooth and comfortable.
