Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa Kovalam

We had a lovely stay and experience at the Taj Green Cove Resort in Kovalam. A highlight of the trip was the exceptional service provided by Abhishek the catering assistant manager. He was extremely attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed and checking in with a warm, genuine smile. Abhishek really put in effort to ensure all our dishes were fresh and even asked the chef to make off the menu breakfast, lunch or dinner items. The food was delicious and tailored to our preferences - something that made our meals feel extra special. A big thank you to him for making our stay memorable!

Had an exception 3 days stay at the Taj Green Cove Resort in Kovalam. Kudos to all the staff that made our stay a memorable experience. We would definitely go back here and we would want to experience the hospitality of Taj again. Want to call out the staff (Sreejith, Abhishek, Advaith, Harish Rawat, Jeneesthe and Dheeraj)

We were with a group of vintage car enthusiasts - staying at the hotel from 9 Nov to 12 Nov We were the first to arrive and despite the fact that we are senior citizens we were given the most inaccessible room - It appeared that the room was not used - The TV was not working - the taps in the bathroom were loose and shaking - no lights in the gazebo outside the room. When we enquired we were told there is no cable . The buggy was never available for us to go to the Bait restaurant or the beachside property Lunch on 10 th - was a disaster It took more than 70 mins to service an order for 4 persons - I actually did not get my order at all! It appears that the service is only for buffet dinner - and they are not able to cater for a la carte lunch. Service on the whole was terrible

Absolutely wonderful place. Lush greenery, beautiful seaside & lagoon. We’ve stayed for 8 nights in room 306. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a wonderful holiday and we sure hope to return here soon. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

Fabulous place more than anything hospitality top notch starting from security person onwards. Chef Harish, and his staff in F&B pamper you and make you feel the right experience of TAJ

There are many properties around but this one has backwaters along with beach.. The Atmosphere is mesmerising and we chose to stay in Sea view room but Shreejit was kind to upgrade our room with pool. The whole property feels like living in midst of Bali .Services provided Abhishek, Advaith , Jeneestha, Dhiresh , Mughal (Buggy) was exceptional .Especially Advaith & Jeneeshta looked after my baby while we were eating . Special mention to the Chef Harish Rawat who made sure we try all delicacy’s and made us try the local snacks ! He makes sure to attend everyone and cater their requests ! There are many in-house activities to try as well.

Taj Green Cove is a beautiful very well maintained resort. The food is excellent location is fantastic and the views of the ocean and lagoon are very beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and I would definitely want to go there again.

The stay was beyond fantastic. The presidential suite was massive, comfortable and had an beautiful view. The food was extremely delicious, with the local curries being a must try. A special mention to Chef Rawat, his team, Abhishek Kumar and his team. I would also like to extend my thanks to Sebastian ji for making our stay pretty memorable. The hospitality at this property is super warm and caring for which you would love to come back again.

My stay with my wife and 17 month old daughter was amazing. Right from the front desk welcome by Sebastian to the lip smacking dishes served and recommend by Executive chef Manoj Pandey & Sous chef Harish Rawat. Abhishek and Jeseentha at the restaurant F&B were always very welcoming and sweet. Housekeeping services were also top notch
