good location. bed was comfortable

the place looks like it needs a severe upgrade. there’s paint chipping off the walls. the tv doesn’t have chrome cast. the aircon dont work

Centrally located, Wonderful Building and Restaurant was very convenient and good food.

The room was very Dirty, skirting boards were piked with dust and fluff. The entry door to bathroom, was clogged with dust and fluff at carpet dip...If you check the room it will definitely be the same today, as it was on Friday. Behind bed was also dusty, as I had to pull bedside table back ti access power point. Very dirty has not been cleaned for a long time. Very dissapointed, as you will see if you visit room 323...clearly just visible carpet is cleaned. Well below standard as should be a basic room cleaning process. AS I said skirting board's have not been cleaned for a very long time given build up!! One of the two lounge chairs had visible white stains on it, as you will see....I reluctantly sat on the other one to watch TV. Only because I wanted back support. Speaking of which, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. I really liked your Hotel, it was the lack of cleanliness that had made my experience below standard. The Manager, who greeted me upon check in (please check) was such a Wonderful Ambassador for this Hotel. She was very friendly and informative. Likewise The two female Bar Staff, were very helpful as well. Especially the Lady who charged by Meal and Drink to my room. I tried to memorise her name, but it sadly escapes me. She was of Asian appearance, and once again a great Ambassador. Thus, after such good experiences, the below standard room presentation was very disappointing. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to share my experience. I would appreciate being contacted to facilitate an appropriate gesture to make up for the poor room standard. This can be verified by checking the room. I do have photos, but Im reluctant to allow access to my phone to upload. Happy to share with Management, when Im again in the vicinity of your Hotel

room size was great we could walk around without bumping into each other getting dressed was a full size mirror which was a very good bonus as im only 5 foot and the mirrors are usually placed too high for me to see

pillows were very uncomfortable so had to ask for extra as they were soft and very flat i feel they need to place a few of a mixture so we can choose the cushion off the lounge was perfect

it was easy to check in, parking on site so it was easy. Location was great for what we needed. room size was good, breakfast and dinner at onsite resturant was good

I had booked this last minute and the staff was so accommodating with all my requests! I even requested things urgently for my baby and they were delivered as soon as possible. Definitely recommend, Especially the male staff member from last night.

The beds were huge, comfy and pillows were so good. The showers were good and bathrooms clean. The rooms were a great size. Easy walk to Woolies and down to the tram line on tramway avenue. Parking was easy and cheap. Online check in was quick and easy as well as reserving your parking while there.

Bed was comfy. Location to rosehill Race Course was great.

Room dated, furnishings tattered and stained. We had breakfast each morning. Both times no one cleared our table. We also had dinner in the dining both nights. No table service order at the bar, and again no one checked on us or cleared our table all our plates and glasses were still on the table when we left.

The beds were super comfy and close to the racecourse where we were attending

The furnishings are very dated now, they have closed the great pub down stairs and housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 am asking what time we were leaving.
