Timeless Inn

Enjoyed my stay here very much! The inn was warm and comfortable. Rose shared great tips and ideas on where to go and what to eat. Breakfast was very yummy!

Lovely old Tibetan style guest house. Very cosy in winter. Fantastic friendly host Rose and her husband. Really went above and beyond for us. Good breakfast, good location.

Foe elderly good to request for ground floor room so dont have to climb the short staircase.

As a solo female traveller with honestly subpar mandarin, I was so happy to have met Rose. She made my stay feel so warm and comforting! She helped me with all the planning for my various activities and was quick with recommendations for food and adventure. I highly recommend staying here - the rooms are clean and warm, the dining hall was cosy, the breakfast good, and the location perfect. I’ll definitely be back :)

The owner is very friendly and help us everything. Welcome drink and breakfast is simple but good taste. They suggest us about restaurant and attraction. We would back again if we travel there again. Luca is so cute by the way. Thank you so much.

We had a comfortable stay at Timeless Inn. The room was cosy and spacious. The shower and heater worked well. The host, Rose always prepared a hearty breakfast for us each morning. The inn is within the ancient town and it was a walking distance to the shops and attractions in the town. Rose is a warm, friendly and delightful host. She arranged a driver to pick us up from the station. She speaks English fluently and will be able to answer all your travel queries on Shangri-la.

Very warming host Rose was super helpful. The location of the guesthouse was only 5 minutes to one of the main plaza where you can enjoy the nightly communal dances. Many restaurants and shops nearby. only about 15-20 minutes walk to the Dukezong ancient town and Moonlight square.

the bed mattress was too hard for my liking. the narrow stairs to get to the first floor are quite difficult so book room downstairs if guests are above 60..

I have been in a lot of places and this was one of the best. An old traditional Tibetan style building with large clean rooms that have character and comfortable beds. A great location also, quite but very close to the central square. Rose and her husband are really great hosts and speak good English. The place feels like home very soon, with very good breakfast and a warm stove. Rose helped me organizing a trip to Feilasi and Mingyong, hotels, transport from Feilasi to Mingyong and back and send a pin to the exact location. She even changed the schedule from a distance when needed. And information about things to do, how to get there and places to eat. Awesome service, you could not find better in Shangri-la.
