"Callisto restaurant listing for the Westin?"

It doesn’t look like the Weston’s restaurant Callisto has a listing on Trip Advisor. Excellent Valentine’s Day 3-course meal with wine or bubbly pairing. Live music. We understand Callisto has a regular Italian menu we’ll have to check out.

"Awful night"

I stayed for new years eve night. Had a terrible time. The room underneath us had a loud party. Numerous calls to the front desk, and me going down to ask them to be quiet did nothing. Complained the next morning were told that we should have expected noise. Called corporate and got the run around from them. Will never stay there again.

"Worst hotel stay and customer service experience"

Spend your money at a nicer hotel downtown Victoria. We are locals who wanted a relaxing night away for new years eve. Unfortunately, we experienced the opposite. We were woken up by a loud party below our suite. The bass rattled our windows. The occupants were screaming and sounded like intoxicated teenagers. I called the front desk twice to address the issue. We got dressed at 1am to go home and sleep, only then the music finally stopped. Since check out on January 1st, my concerns regarding our negative experience were dismissed as 'it was new year's' despite the quiet hours posted at the front desk. The hotel's thin walls demonstrate the poor quality of the hotel and declining clientele. Also, there was black mould in the shower, gross.

When the breaker in our room broke, staff was very helpful and we ended up getting bumped to a bigger and nicer room.
