I will probably be back. It's a nice place and the staff was great. But, they no longer offer the airport shuttle ( which was the main reason I selected this hotel for my stay in Waterloo) that caused some stress but, thankfully I was able to work out another mide of transportation.

"Not air conditioner"

The air conditioner in the room was not cooling the room. About 8:40 pm went to tell person at front desk. Got told it was because the bed was to close to the unit. Next morning stopped front desk again about air conditioner not cooling the room. Maintenance man was there and said he would take a look. All he did was set high fan and tempature at 65 degrees still did not cool the room. There was a small wire for the thermostat that needed to be changed. Plus the restrooms in the pool where out of order. I will not be staying there again
