We had a great stay. The desk help was friendly and helpful when needed. We would highly recommend.

They refused to give me the suite I reserved through Expedia. They said because I had reserved through a third party they couldn’t do anything about it and gave me a standard room at the price of the upgraded suite. I tried talking to a manager but she refused to talk to me same with the hotel owner. I showed them my receipt from Expedia clearly showing the reservation was for a suite but they didn’t accept it and said I had to pay them more money to get the suite.

Clean and Super convenient to downtown Sutter Creek. Definitely recommend.

Centrally located. Easy walk to downwind

Room was spacious, clean and updated. Bed size was smaller than what I booked. We had got a king bed but it seemed smaller than our bed at home which is a king bed.

This was the first trip my husband and I took since having our kids. We arrived late at night to our room and were hoping to sleep in. However, you can hear the noise between the rooms clearly. Room seemed updated and might had been remodeled not to long ago but my only complain would be the noises.
