Kiota Inn & Event Center Sutter Creek, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The property was very nice. It looks to be quite new. The only issue we had was upon checking in, we were told they didn't see our reservation. I mentioned it was placed through Expedia. Eventually, she found it. She then attempted to charge me for the room. I explained it was prepaid, and showed a text I had received confirming that. It took a while longer, then she finally confirmed what I said. That was the only issue we had.

Rooms looked like ‘new’. Very clean.

Room needed more light(s). Maybe better bed stand light. Built in bed lights not suffice t for reading.

Cleanliness comfortable beds. Breakfast wonderful staff

Very clean, new, contemporary hotel.

Nice place in a cool old gold country town. Hotel seems new. Hotel's modern and clean. Comes with continental breakfast which is basic but nice to have. Hotel had coffee and tea available 24 hrs in the lobby.

Very clean, nice staff. Very peaceful surroundings. I stood out in tge parking lot for 30 minutes just taking in the stillness and quiet of the evening.A facility
