"Best housekeeping."

Carlsbad Seapointe is always great. Maria Molina came to clean our room as a last minute request and she was so kind. She was in and out in no time. She even had time to listen to my 3 year old ramble. Maria is definitely a great asset to the resort.

La piscina che si vede in foto è accessibile solo agli adulti. C'è un'altra piscina per bambini ma distanti tra loro. Letti scomodissimi. Ho chiesto di poter cambiare stanza pagando per poter avere una stanza in più, non è stato possibile.

"Expedia and Carlsbad Seapointe Resorts NOT A GOOD WORKING PARTNERSHIP"

We checked out a day early because my husband was not feeling welll. Room was not set up for diability per our request for handheld shower and a seat. My husband just wanted wanted to go home. we were advised to contact Expedia to assist with gettinhg 1 day refund. Expedia advises they cannot get in touch with Carlsbad and advise that without talking to Carlsbad their hands are tied. This is ludicrous!!!!
