Carlsbad Seapointe Resort

It was awesome. Staff is amazing

The staff was wonderful, so welcoming and accommodating! The room was clean and we had a very nice view of the ocean.

I’m really enjoying our stay here bc the place is clean, have a view of the ocean, the concierge is very helpful and informative and I enjoy the free Margaritas. I also appreciate Maria Molina, our housekeeper who was super. She cleaned our room very nicely. She was very helpful in showing me for example where the light switch was for the lights above the bed. Told us we can get coffee downstairs and gave us names of a couple of restaurants by the ocean. She was great‼️

We enjoyed our stay very much. Julio on the engineering crew took time in the evening to diagnose an electrical issue and make a repair and was very timely, prepared, courteous and helpful and we wanted to make sure his excellence is recognized.

Worst week that I’ve spent, they put my family next to the room they were renovating and they had no problem banging on the on the walls. I complained to the front desk but she told me that they were renovating which I guess gave them the right to make our lives miserable. They didn’t even stop when I complained, this was not only one day but continued throughout my stay which made me feel disrespected since they ignored my concerns. If it was you how would you feel? Even on our last night they worked until 8 at night. Now should I rate them 5 star? When I left I told them to have the manager get a hold of me but that was a week ago still waiting. Like I said great service!!! If I can give them a negative score I will my only regret is that I’m an owner on this property.

My housekeeper at Carlsbad Seapointe, Noemid Flores, did an excellent job of cleaning our room and ensuring that we had all of the supplies we needed. Hats off to Noemid, 5 stars!

Overall, we were disappointed with the size of our unit. There was very little storage provided in which to store our belongings and food.

This place is always special.as arriving As arriving here this time we were only 2 gals with a warning on tires although new. So by next day, we asked Adrian, that we needed a man to help us. He came out and checked, assuring us all was fine. We were so appreciative of his willing attitude and the relief he gave to our minds. He is one of the tops.

The resort is really nice. They have a very nicely landscaped property with multiple pools, miniature golf, tennis courts, pickle ball court and activitys, and beach accessories close by. The rooms are well stocked and we had a good time Roberta was very thorough on cleaning our room mid-week. We will definitely come here again
