Carlsbad Seapointe Resort

We love Carlsbad so much and the service is always so nice. Maria Molina did an amazing job taking care of us during our stay.! Cannot wait to come back :)

The activity team members are the best. That's Dexter, Noeni and Joelle.They are so helpful and fun to be around.I would highly recommend them.

Our stay was an amazing experience! The view was magnificent. In the unit everything was very nice and clean. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Noemid was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable. Also, Alex checked with us in the evenings to see everything was satisfactory. Front desk team were very helpful and accommodating. Each and every one of them from Noemi to Elizabeth during the day and Michael and Adrien in the evening, they took very good care of us with smile, and their professionalism. We weren't familiar with the TV programing, Christian showed us how, and Julio brought us extra chairs when we were entertaining our friends. Overall, we can't wait for our next trip back to Carlsbad and will definitely stay at SeaPointe Resort again and again.

Check in was smooth and the underground parking was a bit of a challenge the first time but we learned to navigate the automatic gate. Our room was clean and well apointed. I was sad that for our first time there we were on the bottom floor and only had a view of the small mini golf course and street parking. The other miscue for us was that I tried several times to get the free Hilton Honor miles for staying there, but each time I went to the desk either no one was there or those who were there could not help me. We did enjoy the adult pool and some of the other amenities and it was great to be close to shopping at Ralph's grocery store just a few blocks away, along with excellent restaurants and coffee places in Carlsbad. The management kept trying to bait us and others to leave early. I did not appreciate that. It made me feel unwelcomed as a guest rather than as a valued guest. Check out was also smooth and went well. We did discover other places in Carlsbad that we would like to try sometime too, but this place remains near the top of places we would return too, providing we could secure an ocean view rather than the street parking.

We stayed at the Seapointe Resort and loved all the activities and the room accommodations. The activity staff has made it a wonderful experience. Dexter, Joelle, and Noemi made us feel like it was our home away from home. The hamburgers by the pool with the live music is fun for the whole family. We didn't want our vacation to end. Be sure to fill out for the raffle to win an extra night.

I want to give a 5 STAR RATING to Dexter, Joelle, Noemi and Fernando who are the best activities coordinators this resort has employed here. The activities we participated in were very well coordinated and we had a great time. From tie-die t-shirts, magnets, book marks, coasters and games we played were so much fun! However, I would like to personally thank Dexter who has been an OUTSTANDING person. His involvement in all the activities and making sure everyone is happy and having a good time makes it more fun for everyone. He will go out of his way to make sure he meets our expectations. Our family vacationed at this resort the week of July 13-20, we usually visit Carlsbad every other year, one week at a time, and each time we've been here, Dexter is always there. One time, we missed the rootbeer float activity and we arrived an hour late, and Dexter got out the ice cream and sodas so we can purchase and enjoy. We also missed the S'mores kits too, but Dexter, once again, went out of his way to make sure we got our kits for our family can enjoy later that Saturday evening. Thank you, Dexter and Carlsbad Seapointe Resort for having such nice, professional employees. They are truly the best people who always have a smile on their faces and are willing to help out any way they can. Warm regards, Paulie

The staff in the amenities are wonderful and perfect for families. Our housekeeper, Maria, was great making sure that we had a clean room and leaving us extra popcorn as we asked. We appreciate all of the staff and their willingness to make sure that our stay was Amazing!

It's always a highlight of our Summer to visit our Seapointe Resort. Dexter and his Activity team Fernando, Joelle and Noemi make their Summer BBQ the very best. We always bring a friend or two to join us. For a lunch and great music by the pool. This activity team is always so welcoming and nice! We go every Summer! We became owners before the Resort was even built. We purchased from their trailer. We love our RCI Timeshare in Carlsbad by the ocean!

The staff were really nice, especially Dexter, Joelle. Noemi and Fernando were nice. It's close to an outlet mall and restaurants.
