Carlsbad Seapointe Resort

The resort is beautiful, as always. We want to give special mention to Dexter Fernando Joelle Noemi for his exceptional service for all of the activities. He was extremely patient, helpful, and fun! It would not have been as an enjoyable week without him!!

Great property very comfortable beds nice amenities and close to the beach. Our room attendant Olivia was awesome and was helpful with all are requests!

I want to give a shout out to Billy in maintenance at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. He came to our room for a blown circuit, replaced our microwave oven and sprayed for ants at least 3 times. He was always so nice, helpful and hardworking We really appreciated all of his help. :)

I return to Seapoint Resort every year. It is perfectly located walking distance from the beach and a short drive to downtown Carlsbad. The facility is smaller and therefore less crowded, which is pleasant. Underground parking is available with easy access by elevator. Along with the typical pools (one adults only), they have tennis, pickleball and basketball on site. I have to give kudos to Bill in the maintenance department. The sliding screen door was in need of some attention and he responded within 10 minutes of my call and solved the issue in 5 minutes. Well done!

I couldn’t wait for the end of our trip to post a review, I felt I needed to do it now. We come to Carlsbad often and usually stay at the Carlsbad Inn, but chose to stay at Seapointe this time around, and I am so glad we did! We are absolutely LOVING our time here! Not only is it a great resort to spend some fun, quality family time together, but it has been an ideal place to get some much needed rest and relaxation. The beautiful ocean views and serene atmosphere have been just heavenly. As much as I love seeing all the families enjoying their time here with their young kids, my favorite part of the resort is their adult pool. We are in our late forties with no little ones… in fact, the adult pool, for our daughters, who are in their mid twenties, is also a fav. There is plenty of room to swim, and a beautiful view of the ocean as well. Seapointe literally checks off some pretty major boxes for an ideal place to stay. The cherry on top of our stay has been the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, we have been greeted with the friendliest of service. Our housekeeper, Maria Molina, made our home away from home for the week feel just that… like home. Chatting about the cute ways they fold their towels, to her home town, to recommendations on where to eat, Maria was a joy to meet. Hearing about how good management treats staff, and how much she enjoys working at the resort was just another positive for us. We 100% recommend staying here. We’re still here and already planning for the next time we come back.

The place is perfect for our grandson. Not only is it a huge space, we loved all of the events. One day they had snowcones, we took him to the game room every day, and a great kids pool. And sometimes we even got lucky and went to the adult pool, which is absolutely gorgeous! Olivia cleaned our room and did a phenomenal job! We only wish they would have told us that there is no shuttle like it says on their website. That did causes some problems.But, we did find that just a mile walk down the beach there’s a beautiful hotel with a really fabulous dining place.

Upon arrival, the room was very clean and spotless. I brought my 2 girlfriends and was their first time at the resort. We realy enjoyed our stay, it was relaxing, stroll at the beach, used their facility and the sunset view was amazingly mesmerizing from our balcony. In the middle of the week, housekeeping came in and changed our sheets, towels, vacuum and mop the floor. Noemid Flores was very professional and helpful in meeting my needs making sure we had enough supplies for the next few days of our vacation. Overall I give it a 5 star rating from checking in, housekeeping and activities. WE will be back again.
