Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Coconut Bay Resort was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Not much of a beach but with everything else there we didn't mind at all. The absolute best water aerobics with a fantastic instructor. We were all very sore but did not hesitate to join every day they had it. The food was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would go back for sure!!

We just spent 8 nights at Coconut Bay, our flight got cancelled and the airline sent us to the Hilton. Then we stayed a 9th night at Coconut Bay. Our first meal was the jerk hut where Harley and Sharnil were so nice and proud of their food. We’ve been to Jamaica multiple times and it was the best jerk chicken (and sides) we ever had. All the restaurants and buffet had very good food. The lazy river and slides were great for kids, always clean and warm. The kids club had so many indoor toys and activities, plus a great playground and splash pad that our 5 year old loved. Hes very shy but ended up dancing and singing with all the girls who worked there and was always excited to see them. The donkeys, horses, dogs, goats and other animals were very friendly. Tom the engineering manager told us a lot about how they care for the animals, it was a very nice and unique part of the trip. Our son didnt wanna leave because of all the activities the entertainment team does throughout the day. Theyre all so nice, he was sad to leave Bshem, Akiya and Rickitta. Due to the storm we had to extend 3 times, and checkout twice and check in twice. The front desk staff including Emanie were so nice and helpful everytime. We had a standard room, it was fine and everything worked. Resort was always clean, and weather was perfect. Having laundry machines on site was very convenient. 10 of us came and we all loved it, plan on coming back with even more people next time.

What a great time we had at Coconut Bay resort. Rooms were clean and when we had a problem with the coffee maker it was replaced immediately. Elevators and stairs to get you to your room. Everyone there was more then willing to help and always had smiles on there faces and they seemed very genuine. Tyron was just one of many bartenders and he worked hard but was fun to talk and laugh with t. Bshem was in training in the entertainment department but he will go a long way, his smile draws you instantly to him, he is very out going and a happy soul. Food was fantastic. Never got tired of the buffet, the al la carte restaurant were great. There were always chairs around the pool and never over crowded. Entertainment was fine, something different every night. Loved the country and western night. Over all I can't say anything bad about it. To me it is worth the money.

Stayed here with my husband for 6 days. Nothing but good things to say. Everyone on this island is so polite, accommodating and nice. The staff was extremely professional. Rooms were updated and clean. Food was delicious, especially the jerk treehouse. Beach was a mile long, some areas cleaner than others but unfortunately not the hotels fault as there is sargassum on the Atlantic side. They do maintain it daily.

This location is beautiful, the pools are pristine and the housekeeping is top notch. The meals and theme nights are delicious and fun . Excursions are easy to book with the help of Attie. Refreshing drinks made by Tyron, Winston and Thomas are the best !

From the moment you are met at airport the experience is exceptional. Food, rooms, things to do, And most of all staff are wonderful. We were aged 4-59 and everyone loved there stay. Highly recommend

Excellent service. After a transatlantic flight, a five minute taxi drive - courtesy of the hotel was most welcome. The concierge is situated just outside the main doors of the airport and the excellent service started there and continued throughout our stay. All-inclusive international branded alcohol, super entertainment, several pools some of which were adult only. I treated myself to a scrub and massage special - listening to the Atlantic Ocean waves on the beach. Superb spa treatment. Maxwell on the Excursion Desk went above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we asked for whilst his colleague offered suggestions and inputted ideas to satisfy our requests. The staff have a brilliant warm and professional approach to hotel guests and it is lovely to note that the staff seem to relate to one another in a family style working relationship - relaxed, warm and fun. The facilities are gorgeous, delicious wide variety of food and options. We will return next year.

This is the 3rd time my wife and I, along with family and friends, have stayed at Coconut Bay Resort, and each time has been terrific! About 2 years ago, I decided I wanted to learn how to kiteboard, and after taking a lesson or 2 in other places, I took a few lessons here at the resort, and this week just completed 3 more sessions, and each one was GREAT! It’s probably the most difficult sport that 2 of my friends and I have learned, and the instructors and entire staff at the Kiteboard Center are true experts; extremely attentive, professional, friendly and made us all feel very comfortable. Their expertise in this sport is truly impressive, and because of them and the great atmosphere and location, We all really enjoyed the entire experience! Stan, Linus, Nodus, Andre and Jeremy are all terrific, and being able to “hang out” and chat with them before and after the lessons, having all of our questions answered in a very nice and relaxing atmosphere, made the entire experience even better - priceless! Thanks guys for a super time and helping us learn this great and challenging sport - looking forward to coming back soon and spending more time with you all! Rob Cuzzi

Third time for us and hopefully not the last. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The staff are amazing….nothing is too much trouble. There is so much to do you could never say you were bored. There are activities to suit everyone. The resort is immaculate in every way. You can tell the staff take pride in their workplace and nothing is out of place. The pools are fantastic and we’re never crowded during our visit and we always managed to get a lounger. The restaurants are wonderful and we never ate a bad meal. Special shout out to the Harmony dinner this was served with such precision and delicious food with great entertainment. Highly recommend a visit to the Spa. Had the most amazing facial. There is a pet rescue centre at the back of the resort. We took a walk along and was amazed to see the care and attention the animals got. Well done to the staff there too. If your hesitating wether to visit this resort, then don’t, you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay at coconut bay in st Lucia for a family wedding on the beach. The rooms were amazing and clean, the housekeepers left us daily notes for us to have a wonderful day. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was TOP TIER!!! Helped us with anything and everything we need and were SO fun and friendly who truly love their job. Definitely would love to return!
