there is no mention about security 300 euro, After receiving when you leave hotel they say it will come in a week.after dont know when it will arrived ?

I booked the room for 2 guests and was surprised that they said its only booked for 1 and charged me almost the double price and wouldn’t even give me a bigger room with a bigger bed for 2. very disappointed

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, good shower, central location.

The surrounding neighbourhood is seedy as anything. Loads of junkies and dodgy street people all over the place. Personally, I don't care about that, but some people might feel intimidated.

The location and price, it was very easy to find and had parking on site and is close to the train station and the airport (by car) The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It needs an uplift and its smells everywhere of cigarettes, the mattresses can be better, but I have slept worse. The bathroom in my bedroom had a clogged-up sink with standing old water in it, and I couldn't use it. They were two additional beds cramped into the room, which made the room very hard to move around.

Awful! I couldn’t sleep at all because insects were crawling on me. I changed bed 3 times, at the end I tried to sleep on the desk fully clothed and with shoes to escape them but I still got a rash. 1. There are Bed Bugs. 2. Stains the towels and I even had some weird metal mesh on one of them 3. Stains and burned holes on the bed sheets and pillows 4. Really scary neighbourhood 5. The whole carpet is stained and dirty. 6. Burned places and weird green substances on furniture. 7. Wi-Fi not working 8. Power sockets not working. 9. Dead insects on the wardrobe 10. Curtain not even standing straight, looked like taken from the trash. 11. Flirty staff, I put a chair in front of my room to be sure no one comes inside. 12. Stains and holes in the bathtub. 13. Mould on the walls 14. Holes and labels on the walls?? 15. They made a copy of my card, I am not sure if that is still practiced widely

Location is a red light district, very very scary to even walk outside the hotel in daylight. Guest a majority men that are drunk and sketchy, almost little to no water in shower in 5th floor but kudos to the front desk guys, they are very nice
