I need my total refund I couldn’t stay for the smell when I arrived my room was used the sheets of the bed where everywhere the people around was consuming drugs and practicing sex work around, it’s the worst destination to consider a hotel, in the other rooms listen a screams of a woman I couldn’t stay even that long because I leave the soon I could, they changed my room and the bathroom and the toilets was nasty and ok the closet was a pad stick on the floor of the closet, the curtains were falling and the sheets of the beds were black like if they were used it terrible is few for it, I want my total refund for fake description on the website this is scam, and if I need to be contact by management my email is pao.rada@outlook.com

loads of rubbish around hotel loads of crack heads, prostitute and filthy people frequent the hotel and its surrounding areas. i would never recommend this place to anyone receptionist smoked while we checked in.

This hotel is in a rough area of Frankfurt - plenty of undesirables and druggies hanging around outside the property. But it is set back from the Main Street and has a security door. The room was clean but basic.

this area is very dangerous for us and also the room is not very clean, there is a broken window with an hole, the tv completely dirty, insects in the bathroom and the shower drain is plugged so we decided to go out, because the room doesn’t respect our expectations given us by the photo shown

The room was okay and clean. Smelled like cigarette, even though it was a non smoker room, but beside that, for the price, it was okay and organise.

The other guests were super loud, you could hear them scream in the hallway very late in the night, which was not super comfortable to sleep. The neighborhood is sketchy, but that is what you get always in Bahnhofviertel Frankfurt.
