Easy access to the beach. Clean room and provided cooking utensils.

Parking garage is small. The smell of marijuana very strong inside our room and on our balcony.

The pools

It’s dirty. The rooms and the halls it was just gross. Nothing was wheelchair accessible in the room

We enjoyed the different pools and hot tubs

Our room wasn't ready until 5:30, when check-in is at 4. We had to call for trash pickup and linens

Couldn’t get in my room until after 5pm. Had refrigerator items and kids were ready for the pool. Less time for letting kids play due to the room not being ready and needing to unpack the car. Wanted to extend one more night they said we could then said they had a room then they didn’t. Lot of game playing with the staff and wasted time trying to figure out if the room was available or not.

We loved the location! The Starbucks at the entrance was definitely an added bonus.

Our actual condo had a few issues that could have been better, the shower in the master bathroom needed the handle fixed, the bathroom sink was tricky to turn off. I think everything else was fine.

Great location and views. Right on the beach. Not too crowded. Totally kid-friendly. The staff were super nice.

The steps from the parking garage to the rooms and elevators were awful for hauling rolling luggage and carts with beach gear. Dirty and hot hallways. Palmetto bugs on the balcony at night. TV remote didn't work even with new batteries. Coffee pot didn't work. The pool restrooms got pretty dirty. I don't think they were maintained throughout the day.

Tenía piscinas buena ubicación y fácil acceso a parqueadero, la cocina estaba bien.

Muy sucio, el sofácama no sirve, el alojamiento no era para 8 personas como cobran y ofrecen, solo es para 6. una de las habitaciones no estaba limpia nos tocó esperar una hora mientras las limpiaban, pero de igual forma el tapete y todo no estaba bien limpio nos tocó limpiar a nosotros.

The pools and pool staff were amazing having the ability to grab a towel from the pool area was great! The kids were definitely happy with the pool selections and slide. The room size was great and the view to the beach was amazing! Besides a few things the kids had a blast and didn't notice the little things that went wrong!

At check in 4pm we were told our room was not ready but would be ready soon, after traveling and cold groceries in the car this was less than ideal we were giving the option to explore the hotel go swimming and use all the other amenities but we're not able to check in when we should have been. They did get us in quickly afterwards. The glass shower door did not close, it did not make a mess but the door was off track along with the sliding glass door to the balcony it was a difficult open and close. The refrigerator was in an odd spot and the door opened the opposite direction keeping one drawer almost completely unaccessible. The air conditioning was great the first 3 nights but after a long day at the beach and pool we came back to a room at a hot 80 degrees and it would not cool down! Leaving the next morning it was still 78 degrees as we packed.
