"A beautiful, relaxing, vacation with great food & customer service"

The property is beautiful, peaceful, & relaxing. The customer service is excellent and especially Ms. Ana & Florinda in the Siempre restaurant were the Absolute Best. Top tier service ❤️

There was no entertainment/shows for the guest to enjoy daily or at least in the evening so we wouldn’t have to leave off property to go find that elsewhere.

"Worth every penny and more"

Exceeded all expectations. Staff was awesome. Butler service worth the upgrade. Food fantastic. Clean rooms. Better than I hoped.

"Encantador como siempre"

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel y la verdad nos encanta. El lugar es muy pintoresco, exclusivo, tiene vistas espectaculares, unas albercas deliciosas, un jacuzzi de agua caliente abierto todo el tiempo y tres restaurantes muy ricos para los alimentos del all-inclusive. El personal es muy amable, todos son atentos y con exelente actitud y las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy cómodas para descansar. Además, el concierge Paulo es super amable, es la segunda vez que nos ayuda a tener experiencias increíbles.

Algunos elevadores ya están viejos y descuidados, funcionan bien pero tienen pantallas arrancadas y se mueven muy lento, casi como si estuvieran a punto de descomponerse. Además, las tuberías del agua se escuchan mucho en el cuarto.

"Looked for hotel with bath tub it didn’t have one for medical reasons"

No bath tub the room said bath tub contacted booking.com they said they would handle it it wasn’t handled & booking said not to pay extra but the hotel demanded us to pay taxes in addition to what we had already paid
