Je moet hotel boeken om Quivira te kunnen boeken maar we hebben Quivira niet kunnen boeken want hotel en golf werken volledig apart (reservatie 5 maanden op voorhand- niet gericht op europeanen (app nooit kunnen downloaden en is nodig voor roomservice en andere services) - geen strandstoelen op strand ov events - niet rustig aan het zwembad ov luide spelletjes - verouderde kamers - minibar koelde niet

The staff and food were excellent. The staff were warm, responsive, and very efficient. The food was delicious and healthy. All-inclusive Adults only, and quiet.

Pacifica itself has little-to-no live entertainment on its own property; requiring a shuttle bus ride to its sister property "Sunset Beach" for entertainment. Swimming in the ocean is prohibited (not just swim at your own risk).

Food was not tasty and always cold when served

It was clean. The spa was wonderful (ask for Carmen if you would get a massage. She was great!). The workout facilities were spacious! Half of my party is gluten-free and we had good food options although the menus don’t reflect that very well. One of the nights the room above me seemed to be having a party. I called the front desk and they took care of it. Other than that, it was a pretty quiet property.

The rooms were nice, but they were not a lot of hooks for hanging things in the bathroom sink was a little crowded for two people. We had questions about food options, and early arrivals and were unsuccessful in getting response back from the property in a timely manner, which was frustrating. It ended up being fine.

Location and facility were excellent. Staff was pleasant. Check in/out was pretty smooth.

Bed was like sleeping on plywood with cotton balls on top. Having to scan wristband for everything is extremely annoying with the all inclusive package. Have to wait (sometimes lengthy) to scan out itemized zeroed out bills after every meal. Nickel and dime you on seemingly ordinary items "not included" with the all inclusive package at the restaurants.

Pool bar/ food service was good. Restaurant food was excellent. Housekeeping was good. Allowing us to get a bracelet early and enjoy the pool and drinks before checkin was amazing.

Beds are very firm. Make sure the room frig is restocked with soda every day. Other than that, this is the best adults only resort in Cabo.

The pool was good. We really liked Quivara clubhouse.

The dinning app did not work for us. We had two rooms and it would not work for our room. They had my daughter’s name as my wife and also for their room. It was a mess and we weren’t able to book dinners. The concierge was extremely unhelpful. He was terrible. We were hoping for a better outcome.
