The airstream bar was by far our favorite! How cool to have liquor infused on site. The food, the pools, and the gym were all great. It was nice to be on a secluded beach.

Using the app was a little frustrating. We wanted to be there so we could unplug, but then you have to have your phone to access certain amenities. The dinner reservation system didn’t work well through the app.

The staff

The hotel charged me 4,000 Pesos on arrival for security deposit, I only used 1,200, however the hotel charged me these additional 1,200 and never returned my money!!! So total was 5,200 charges for 1,200… on top of that, they charged me with a donation I never approved or was asked for a Coppel foundation, how this works? The hotel is not responding to my requests, a pity as we gad a good time, but this makes it a place to not be back
