I was there for Boots on the Beach. This was just the night before it started.

Beds were super uncomfortable. For the price you would think they could invest in better mattress or at least a pillow top layer.

What I loved about the property was that it was clearly a brand-new resort. Everything was extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Overall, the property itself exceeded my expectations. Since it is an adults-only resort, the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. It was never overcrowded or noisy, making it the perfect place to unwind and rest. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway focused on relaxation, this resort is an excellent choice.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I came to Mexico expecting to experience the local culture, but the resort felt like I was still in the United States. During my entire stay, I didn’t hear any Latin or local music only American music. I was hoping for a more authentic Mexican atmosphere, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it felt like I never really left the U.S. while I was at the resort.

Une expérience incroyable. La nourriture est très bonne, je recommande les restaurants ( Penninsula, Pescados, Cibola et Siempre). Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux. Je reviendrai certainement.

No hot water in bath tub. And the food delivery is prohibited inside the resort. You need to drive about 15 minutes to the main entrance to pick up your food. And the delivery guy has to wait in front of the entrance

The restaurants and the ability to go to other properties to dine.

The elevators and furnishings are starting to show wear. Fine for today but do need to be replaced soon.
